The Promotion Event of “the Night

The Promotion Event of “the Night of Chinese Brands” Held in Budapest Successfully
MOFCOM Foreign Trade Development Bureau (TDB) held the promotion event of “the Night of Chinese Brands” successfully in Budapest in May 31, 2018 in order to promote the action plan for a powerful trade country, strengthen the promotion of self-owned brands to the foreign countries and further improve their influence. More than 20 brand enterprises from Shandong, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Henan, Zhejiang, Gansu, Xinjiang and Guangdong attended the event.
The head of TDB Wu Zhengping, the Economic and Commercial Counsellor of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Republic of Hungary Zhou Xinjian, the Commissioner of Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade Boros, Slovak Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Hungary Laistislav Cassel, Vice President of Hungarian Intellectual Property Office Kállayné and the Commercial Counsellors of the Embassy of Central and Eastern European countries such as Serbia and Slovenia attended the opening ceremony of this event. About 1,300 representatives of Chinese enterprises and business guests from Central and Eastern European countries showed up, and brand enterprises introduced their products and features on the spot including GREE, Joyoung, Nishan House, Sinotruk, Shandong Zhongda Sports Industry Group, Hongyu Yurong, Baiyin Shanchuan Ceramic Limited Company, Lanzhou Foci Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and China Colored Cotton (Group) Co., Ltd. Chinese and foreign investors also had one-to-one negotiations later on. Xindaobao, Chinese Headline New Media and other well-known media gave special reports about these activities.
When interviewed by the local media MCO, Wu Zhengping said that the brand promotion activity is a communication platform and show stage as well as the bridge of friendship. As an organization of policy implementation and foreign trade promotion, TDB would like to strengthen its connection with the trade promotion organizations in Central and Eastern Europe by building cooperation platforms and would launch interactions and exchanges to make more efforts in promoting the economic and trade cooperation between China and Central and Eastern Europe countries
